The Presidential Scholarship is the highest academic honor Bryan College awards to incoming freshmen. Those chosen to compete for these scholarships will be named Presidential Scholars and interviewed by a faculty selection committee during Presidential Weekend to determine the Presidential Merit Scholars. | |

- Admissions Application
- 500 to 1,000 word essay, “In what ways will studying at Bryan College prepare you as a leader in today’s world?”
| - Presidential Merit Scholars: $9,000 – $10,000 (ten percent selected)
- Presidential Scholars attending Presidential Weekend: $7,000 – $8,000
- Presidential Scholars not attending Presidential Weekend: $5,000 – $6,000

- Bryan GPA 3.4 – 100%
- Bryan GPA 3.2 to 3.39 – 75%
- Bryan GPA 3.0 to 3.19 – 50%
- Bryan GPA 2.0 to 2.99 – 25%
- Bryan GPA below 2.0 – 0%
| - December 31st – Deadline for early acceptance and essay
- Early January – Invitations to Presidential Weekend sent
- February 5th & 6th – Presidential Weekend – banquet on 5th and faculty interviews on 6th
- Beginning February 22nd – Presidential Merit Scholars notified
